DJ
A corporate event is not a private party with a bigger budget. There is a programme, a host, speeches, an agency running the timeline and guests who know each other from work. The music has to support all of that: quiet enough for conversation at the welcome drinks, precise around the awards and presentations, and ready to fill the dancefloor once the formal part is over.
I work as a gala DJ, a background DJ for receptions and a full-evening DJ for company parties and Christmas events. The set follows your schedule, not the other way round.

I follow agency briefs, run sheets and technical riders, and stay in touch with the production team.

In Poland I bring my own professional setup. Abroad, we agree the setup with the venue in advance.

Send the date, location and format through the form, by email or on WhatsApp. I reply with availability and a quote.

Brief
A short call or message about the audience, the programme, the brand and any music that must or must not be played.
- 03
Preparation
I build the music around the run sheet: welcome, dinner, stage moments and party, with timings agreed with the host.
- 04
The event
I arrive early, check sound with the technical team and adjust the set live to the room and to any changes in the schedule.

How much does a corporate event DJ cost?
It depends on the date, duration and location. Send me your date and I'll reply with a quote.
Can you play quietly during networking and dinner?
Yes. Background music that leaves room for conversation is a core part of corporate work. The energy rises only when the programme allows it.
Do you work with event agencies?
Yes. I regularly work from agency briefs and run sheets and coordinate directly with production, the host and the technical crew.
How far in advance should we book?
For galas and Christmas parties, three to six months ahead is safest. For smaller events, send your date and I will check availability right away.
Do you play outside Warsaw?
Yes. I am based in Warsaw and play across Poland, Europe and internationally. Travel is agreed individually.
